1.Measure your wrist. Using a measuring tape, measure tightly just above the wrist bone as below.

2. If you do not have a measuring tape, you can use a thin strip of paper. It is important to use a thin, flat paper strip. If you use a thick string, you will end up with a measurement longer than your actual wrist size.

3. Wrap around where the hand is widest, mark the spot where the string meets, from the end of your thumb all around your hand (Add 2 - 2.5 cm or 1 inch for added comfort).

4. Measure the paper on a scale ruler.
