When you make a purchase with us , our system automatically send you a first shipping confirmation email with all the details of your new order .All our packages will be sended from India to Germany , this process can take 10 to 15 business days. Once in Germany the jewelry will be packed and will be dispatched via Deutsche Post DHL .

Hand made jewelry is jewelry that is made by hand without the use of machines molds or casting. In a hand made piece of jewelry all materials must be shaped, formed and assembled. Machine powered cutters, drills, and lathes can be used as long as they are operated manually, and guided by the artisan’s hands.

Karni Mata pieces are made of high quality natural materials: sterling silver 925, gold 14kt and gemstones. Polished sterling silver can turn a bit black after a while, you can clean this easily with a silver polish which you can buy online or you can embrace the unique characteristics your jewelry takes as it ages. To keep your jewelry in the best conditions as long as possible we recommend to:
- Store your jewelry properly
- Remove when doing household tasks,exercising or any other activity that
could damage or wrap your jewelry - Do not shower, swim or bathe with your jewelry and avoid exposure to
perfume or other chemicals - Never wear your jewelry while sleeping.
Our pieces are made of Sterling silver is 92,5% silver and 7,5% copper. There is no nickel in silver . They should be safe for sensitive skins.
